The Mindful Grieving Yoga 6-Week Program offers a tender introduction to how grief lives in the body and how community can support its movement. Together, we create a small, steady space where emotions are welcomed, witnessed, expressed, and held with care. This is a place to breathe, soften, and not feel alone in what you carry.
