I’m Maribeth Wilder Doerr (my friends call me Mari) — a gentle yoga and meditation teacher, Creative Grief Practitioner, and guide for tender seasons of life.
My work is for older adults, caregivers, and tender-hearted humans of any age who could use steadiness, softness, and clarity. This isn’t about performance or perfection. It’s about real bodies, real emotions, and learning how to be kind to ourselves as we age, grieve, and change.
I offer accessible practices that meet you where you are, welcoming props, pauses, curiosity, and the full range of human feeling: grief and gratitude, humor and heartbreak, strength and softness. All of it belongs.
I believe healing doesn’t come from fixing ourselves — it comes from being met with care, and learning to listen inward. Through gentle movement, breath, reflection, and contemplative practices, I create spaces where people can slow down, soften, and remember their own wisdom.
You don’t have to be flexible.
You don’t have to be peaceful.
You don’t have to have it figured out.
Come as you are. Especially if you’re a little tired of being told to “just breathe.”
You are welcome exactly as you are.
