Mindful Grieving 6 Week Program

Let your grief be held in community.

The Mindful Grieving Yoga 6-Week Program offers a tender introduction to how grief lives in the body and how community can support its movement. Together, we create a small, steady space where emotions are welcomed, witnessed, expressed, and held with care. This is a place to breathe, soften, and not feel alone in what you carry.

Program Includes:

  • Guided Meditation

  • Journaling

  • Group Sharing

  • Yoga / Movement (No yoga experience is required. You do not have to be fit and thin to do this kind of movement.)

  • Relaxation / Integration

When and Where:

We meet for 90 minutes to 2 hours, every Friday beginning January 23 through February 27. We'll be meeting in the fellowship hall of Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd in Reno, Nevada.

Investment:

The true cost of this 6-week Mindful Grieving Yoga program is $250, which reflects my time, preparation, facilitation, space rental, and business expenses.

I offer pay-from-the-heart pricing to support both accessibility and sustainability. Please choose the amount that feels honest and workable for you in this season.

  • $300 — Sustaining Rate

Paying at the sustaining rate helps make this work accessible to others.
