6-Week Mindful Grieving Yoga
This is an event series

The Mindful Grieving 6-Week Program offers a tender introduction to how grief lives in the body and how community can support its movement. Together, we create a small, steady space where emotions are welcomed, witnessed, expressed, and held with care. This is a place to breathe, soften, and not feel alone in what you carry.

Program Includes:

  • Guided meditation

  • Journaling and reflection

  • Gentle yoga / mindful movement

  • Group sharing and compassionate listening

  • Relaxation and integration practices

Themes We Explore Together:

  • How to create a safe, grounded container for grief

  • Presence and body awareness as companions

  • Meeting ourselves with unconditional love and acceptance

  • Grief as a teacher and guide

  • How identity shifts and reshapes through loss
